ElevenLabs gives accepted startups 12 months of access with 33 million characters — more than 680 hours of agent usage, which ElevenLabs values at $5,500+.

It covers the whole platform: conversational AI agents, voice cloning, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, sound effects and music.

How it works: fill in a short application about your startup and team, and you get a decision within about a week. Credits are added to your account once you are approved.

Fine print: aimed at early-stage startups building voice features into a product. Grants cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
