AWS Activate Founders: up to $5,000 in AWS credits for self-funded startups

Self-funded startups can apply for AWS Activate Founders and receive up to $5,000 in AWS credits (participants start at $1,000). AWS positions the credits for building AI products with Amazon Bedrock, among other services.

Startups with backing from an investor or accelerator can apply for Activate Portfolio instead, which goes up to $200,000.

Fine print: pre-Series B, founded within the last 10 years, with an AWS account on a paid plan. You must be new to Activate credits or asking for more than you received before.
